Benjamin and Aidyn met at the Little Red Hen in Seattle, WA, where an easy conversation quickly felt like something more. From the beginning, there was a shared sense of familiarity—of values aligned and a life moving in the same direction. With faith at the center and a deep certainty in their hearts, it didn’t take long to know they were meant to walk this life together.

Dress code recommendations and requests:

We ask that guests adhear to a summery cocktail dress attire.

Wedding cocktail attire is a semi-formal, festive dress code that bridges the gap between day and evening, balancing elegance with comfort. Key choices include midi or knee-length dresses, tailored jumpsuits, and suits with ties, allowing for stylish, comfortable, and celebratory looks. We ask that guests avoid wearing the color black as much as possible, and absolutely do not wear white dresses or any clothing item that resembles a classic bridal look.

Women

Cocktail dress includes:

Midi, tea-length, or knee-length dresses are ideal, though sophisticated minis are acceptable. Choose elevated fabrics like silk, chiffon, lace, or satin. Shimmer, patterns, and bright colors are welcome. Heels, block sandals, or dressy flats are appropriate.

Cocktail dress does not include:

Full-length evening gowns (too formal) and casual, beachy, or denim items.

A tailored suit or a blazer with trousers, a dress shirt, a tie or bow tie, and polished dress shoes. We encourage light and breathable fabrics such as linen for comfort in the summer weather. Patterns, bright colors, and accessories are welcome.

Tuxedos (too formal) and jeans, sneakers, or casual t-shirts.

Dress Code

We understand that there are many moving pieces, and that as a guest- family or friend, you want to be in the know! Please allow this page to answer some of the most frequently asked questions.

What is the dress code?

We ask that guests avoid wearing solid black and white colors and instead opt for lovely summery florals and chic summer heat friendly fabrics. For further information and inspiration, please visit our "Dress Code" page.

Will there be parking at the venue?

There is a paved parking lot with an ample 45 spaces, and additional unpaved parking space as needed. There will be accessible spaces reserved for friends and family on an as-needed basis. Please reach out if an accessible parking space is needed for your party.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Smoking and the use of vaporizers inside of the building is prohibited. Smoking and vaping will be permitted in a designated area &gt;25 feet away from any entrance of the building. Please note that if it is deemed smoking or vaping has taken place inside of the property, a $500 fine will be assessed and must be paid within five days of the event- at the expense of the guest.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Expect warm to hot weather. In late July of 2024 and 2025, Bentonville experienced average temperatures in the mid to high 80's. We do encourage guests to bring a sweater or jacket as the reception will be held indoors in an airconditioned space.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

The ceremony and reception will be taking place at The Mansion at the Orchard, located in Bentonville, Arkansas. Exact address for the property can be found on our "Travel and Accommodation" page.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be located outdoors and will take place on grass. The reception will be held indoors, in an air conditioned space.

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

At this time, there are no other events beyond the ceremony and reception that will be hosting guests outside of immediate family and the wedding party. Thank you for your understanding.

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Please see our "Travel and Accommodation" website page for the venue address. There are ride share apps available in the Bentonville area for those who will not have a vehicle for their stay.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend that guests plan to arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 to enjoy a light refreshment and to comfortably find their seat for our 4:00pm ceremony.

Are kids welcome?

All invited guests will have their name listed under your online RSVP form. If your child's name is listed, we are planning on their being in attendance and are very excited to see them. We kindly ask that if your child's name is not listed on the RSVP form, that you make plans best suited for yourself and your family that do not include their attendance at our wedding day. If you think a mistake has been made on your RSVP form, please reach out to Aidyn or Benjamin. Thank you for your understanding.

 Can I bring a plus one?

All invited guests will have their name listed under your online RSVP form. If your plus one's name is listed, or you have a reserved "(your name)'s guest" listed, we are planning on their being in attendance and are very excited to see them. We kindly ask that if your plus one's name is not listed on the RSVP form, or if there is a lack of "(your name)'s guest" on the form, that you make plans best suited for yourself, that do not include a plus one in attendance at our wedding day. Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Yes, we have a ten room hotel block at the Four Points Sheraton in Bentonville, Arkansas. Further information and how to reserve a room in the block can be found on our "Travel and Accommodation" page.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

We kindly ask that you ensure your RSVP is submitted by March 31st, 2026, at the very latest. You do not need to mail anything back, your RSVP will be submitted online through our websites RSVP portal. Please reach out to Aidyn or Benjamin if you are having trouble or difficulty submitting your RSVP.

If you have further questions please reach out to Aidyn or Benjamin via text message. Please keep in mind that neither Aidyn nor Benjamin will have their phones with them on their wedding day. If you have questions, please reach out before July 25th, 2026.

Flying in? 

For family and friends traveling to Arkansas for the wedding, the Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) is the most convenient fly-in option. XNA is a ten minute drive away from the venue and offers flights through American, Delta, and United airlines. There are many hotel options in the area, a few are listed below.
